We look at discipleship as a command for every believer in Christ.  Discipleship is simply the process of teaching others to be a follower of Jesus Christ.  Jesus said in Luke 14:33, "So likewise, whoever of you does not forsake all that he has cannot be My disciple."  To be a true disciple then means that we learn each day to live our life for our Creator rather than for ourselves.
